Add new categories to TradeSkills, laid groundwork for class/subclass abstraction, add new features to AH window.

New features added: Reset, Refresh, Buyout/Name sort and multi-page turning.
The Reset button looks like a biohazard symbol and clears all auction search data.
The Refresh button looks like a recycle symbol and does nothing but reload the current page.
The Sorting button looks like a bullseye and when you click it normally, toggles sort-by-buyout price. If you hold shift while clicking it, it will sort by itemname.
The Next/Previous pages buttons now will step forward 5 pages with Shift held down, 10 pages with Alt held and to the start/end with Control held.
The Tradeskill group on the left hand side now has subcategories listed. (Thanks go to Qzot for this)

The AuctionConfig.bids table has been re-implemented. This table holds an electronic paper-trail of the bid/buyout actions that you've performed and any money ammount changes associated with them. As before there is currently no information retrieval function for this data, only one-way storage. This information is stored in the AuctioneerTransactionDB global table
Also made some minor optimizations to the DB code.

Auctioner is now fully Lua-5.1/WoW-2.0 Compatible. The TOC Interface number has been changed to reflect this.
AskPrice now uses the home server-faction for its reports, no matter where the player is located in the game world.
The tooltip will now correctly show the "/auc also" field, and will not show duplicated data.

The beginnings of purchase tracking.

This check-in adds a new addon called Accountant. I'm splitting out the purchase tracking database into its own addon since it needs to be loaded when the user checks their mail and I'd rather not force Auctioneer to load just to check mail. Accountant should run fine without Auctioneer and vice versa.

Accountant is still in the early development stage, so use at your own risk. ;)

After much delay, I am glad to present to you Auctioneer OO (Object Oriented). All functions (and most variables/constants) are children of the Auctioneer table. The Auctioneer table is split into different sections that tell the user on which file the function is defined. (ie. Auctioneer.Util.GetWarnColor() is in the AucUtil.lua file).
The names of some functions and variables was changed in order to accomodate the new OO approach, the old names are in comments adjacent to the new functions.
The constants that were at the top of AucUtil.lua are now in AucCore.lua and are part of the Auctioneer.Core.Constants table.
The functions doLow() and doHSP() were moved from AucCommand.lua and into AucStatistic.lua and are now close to their brother doMedian().
The Auctioneer.Scanner.AuctionsSetWarn() function now uses the Auctioneer.Util.GetWarnColor() as a source for the color codes.

The ability to create multiple auctions of the same item is working for the most part. I know there are some issues regarding calculation of deposits, handling different types of containers and correctly enforcing maximum stack sizes. Added a BidManager to deal with the mechanics of searching for and bidding on items.

There is still some bullet proofing work to do. Primarily the search/bid ability should be disabled while processing bid requests. The basic mechanics should all be in place though. It would also be great if somehow we could tag items in the Search Auctions tab with the results of bid attempts. I'll have to do some thinking on that...

First crack at the Search Auctions tab.

Still have a maddening dependency problem of some sort I think. I was unable to use templates from AuctionFrame.xml despite including it in the toc originally. I ended up just copying one of the templates into Auctioneer. I still get a complaint about UIPanelTemplates line 19 at startup. For the life of me I can't figure out the problem, but it seems to work despite the error. I know its related to adding the 4th tab in the AH. Perhaps someone else can show me the light...
