Fixes ADV-69 ADV-27. A manifest function was added to the Core Auctioneer functionality. This allows for Auctioneer Advanced to know the revisions of all the installed modules. Auctioneer Advanced also now provides a "/aadv about [all]" command based on this information.

Implement page scan pause of 5 seconds so as to reduce the load on the WoW servers (since we can not use the GetAll scan just yet) and to allow us to actually make sure that we get the data from the page. Currently the scan is progressing way before all the data is completely downloaded resulting in may auctions having incomplete information

Fixes so that AucAdvanced can better piggyback AucClassic's scans. I've done some reasonably comprehensive testing by deleting SV files and performing scans on empty AH's. I believe that we are now storing 100% of the AucClassic's scan data in AucAdvanced
