Fixes ADV-69 ADV-27. A manifest function was added to the Core Auctioneer functionality. This allows for Auctioneer Advanced to know the revisions of all the installed modules. Auctioneer Advanced also now provides a "/aadv about [all]" command based on this information.

Converted Configator and it's embedded widgets to fully stub loaded libraries (using nStub) and renamed it to nConfigator. Converted nSideBar to use nStub also (still need to add code to detect older loaded code and upgrade it) and converted all addons to use it. Converted auc-advanced and modules to use the new nConfigator (other addons still need to be converted).

Add tooltip to display detail about current item's presence in the current image.

Changed the image format slightly (added itemid, suffixid and factor to the data that is stored in the image, which can save a bunch of time breaking the link when filtering the scan image.
