Fixes SBAR-7: Settings will now save properly.

Note that this means that SlideBar can no longer be an embedded addon if you want the settings to save. (unembedding has already been done for Gatherer and Auctioneer)

Accomplish SBAR-5 Increases the default width prior to wrapping to 12.

Anyone who prefers 2 rows can simply use /nsb to decrease the width prior to wrapping of the icons.

Add tooltip capabilities to SlideBar icon buttons. (SBAR-1)

Simply add a tip to the returned button when you create the icon to enable the tip.
The button.tip may be set to a string or a table for multi-line tooltips.
