[INF-42] Part 1. Data has been added and code modified.  Each vendor's zone and coords are now displayed as Zone (xx,yy) in the extra data window of Informant.  Vendor and Zone names are now localized in enUS, deDE, frFR, esES, and ruRU.  I'm borrowing the VendorName string for this, so we should probably create a string for it, though the data is already localized so there's no rush.
